Gina M. Auter

Gina Auter brings over 27 years of experience to her clients in family law matters.She is highly rated for her experience handling a wide range of cases including complex high asset dissolutions, committed intimate relationships, same sex marriage, high conflict custody cases and child support matters. In addition to her skills as a seasoned trial attorney, she is collaboratively trained, which provides her with the ability to assist clients who place conflict resolution as a top priority. Gina provides a personalized approach to each case she handles, with a proven track record of resolving cases without the need for protracted litigation. In cases where that is not possible, her well-honed litigation skills provide her clients with exceptional representation in the court room.

As a mediator, she serves as a neutral who assists other attorneys and clients in peacefully resolving conflict.
