The Bridge Club

The Bridge Club is a membership program available exclusively to our estate planning clients, to help with the ongoing maintenance of your estate plan and to help “bridge” the generations of your family when bad things happen. For a $500 membership fee, you will receive the following services for the next five years:

1. Free paralegal-led changes to your estate planning documents.
2. Discount on attorney-led changes to your estate planning documents.
3. Discount on estate administration services
4. Five-year check-in to see if your estate plan continues to reflect your desires and/or the correct people in important roles

Join The Bridge Club

Before you proceed to complete your purchase of a membership in The Bridge Club, please read the following important information:

1. Membership Period: Your membership period will be valid for five years, starting from the date of purchase.
2. Renewal: Your membership will terminate after five years. We will contact you before your membership ends to give you information about how to renew your membership in The Bridge Club.
3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, but all amounts paid are non-refundable. 
4. Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable. By joining, you acknowledge and agree that all fees for The Bridge Club are non-refundable.
5. Clarification of Terms: Discounts are not applied to costs advanced by our firm. Determination as to whether a change is “paralegal-led” versus “attorney-led” is determined by our firm but will be clearly communicated to you before we begin work on any update.
6. Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify the membership terms or fees at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
