Our Trusts & Estates team handles all types of trust administration, meaning we represent trustees, in their fiduciary capacity, to ensure that a trust is handled properly. From accounting, to distributions, to statutory notices, we act as quarterback to ensure the trustee is doing their job the right way and protecting the trust assets and themselves from personal liability.

We typically are representing a child who is acting as successor trustee of a living trust after their parent has died. The process is similar to what needs to be done in a probate administration but there is no court involvement.
